Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase
Cancellation By Voucher Holder
The bearer of a RallyConnection voucher agrees that in the event of having to postpone/cancel a booked appointment, they will notify the rally school by phone +353(58)47000 7 days prior to the day of the experience. Failure to do so will result in the voucher becoming invalid. If you cancel a booking within 7 days of your scheduled appointment, then a 25% fee of the current experience price will be charged for re-scheduling. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your voucher to a friend who can fulfil the scheduled booking.
Non-refundable
RallyConnection vouchers are non-refundable and must be used by the expiry date printed on the voucher.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed
Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed and will be invalid.
Booking Of Experience/Course
Due to high demand, 6 weeks advance booking is required by phoning Rallyconnection. When booking you must have your voucher number ready, otherwise we cannot make a reservation. You will be required to present your voucher at the Rally School. If you do not have your voucher on the day you will not be allowed to do the experience and therefore the voucher will become invalid.
Parental Consent
For 14 to 17 year olds, parental consent and signature are required. A parent or guardian must be present on the day to sign.
Extensions & Administration Charges
Vouchers that have expired can be reactivated for a further term within three months of the expiry date printed on the voucher. A fee of 25% of the current experience price will be charged for reactivating the voucher. Vouchers cannot be extended outside of the three months from the voucher expiry date.
Postponed By Activity
RallyConnection reserves the right to postpone any experience due to unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions.
Non Attendance
A RallyConnection voucher automatically becomes invalid.
